We use the information we collect to:

• Send SMS notifications to customers who have opted in

4. SMS Communications

Customer phone numbers collected through our LoyaltyLoop platform are used solely to send loyalty program notifications on behalf of the participating business. We do not use customer phone numbers for our own marketing purposes. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

We do not share, sell, or transfer customer phone numbers or opt-in data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our services (e.g., Twilio for SMS, SendGrid for email). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

We retain business account data for as long as your account is active plus 90 days after termination. Customer loyalty data is retained as long as the business account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

• Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP
• Export your data in a portable format

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
