By accessing or using any services provided by Stackvero LLC ("Stackvero", "we", "us", or "our"), including LoyaltyLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Stackvero provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for small and medium businesses, including LoyaltyLoop, a customer loyalty and rewards management platform. Our services allow businesses to manage customer loyalty programs, track points, send SMS notifications, and generate reports.
By enrolling in a loyalty program powered by Stackvero's LoyaltyLoop platform, you consent to receive SMS text messages from the participating business. These messages may include:
Message frequency varies based on your purchase activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. For support, contact hello@stackvero.io.
Business accounts must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Stackvero is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use our services to:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Stackvero reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Stackvero's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stackvero in the three months preceding the claim. Stackvero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
